**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

Is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. Performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan, JCAHO and other licensing, accrediting and regulatory agencies. Is responsible to support the Nurse Manager of the unit to manage and coordinate clinical operations in order to provide quality direct patient care to the pediatric, adult and geriatric population. Ensures all aspects of documentation, care planning and patient care delivery to meet regulatory requirements. Responsible for fostering a positive interactive team milieu. Facilitates optimal environment to support orientation, competency validation.

**Job Requirements**

Required

+ High School Graduate Education level necessary to obtain required licensure and certifications and 1-2 years of previous experience., upon hire

+ Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire and

+ Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and

+ Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire and

+ Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 90 Days

Preferred

+ Bachelors Of Nursing and Acute Experience, upon hire

**Pay Range**

$43.37 - $68.25 /hour
