+ Minimum 5-8 years experience in leading process transformation, with hands-on experience in driving exploration, process documentation, optimization, and change management/implementation.
+ At least 2 years of management experience, or equivalent leadership experience in an internal or relevant role.
+ Deep SAP knowledge, preferably in the merchandising, order to cash, post order support, inventory management and point of sale transaction areas.
+ Detailed expertise and understanding of business process re-engineering and project management methodologies (i.e. Agile and Waterfall), as well as organizational readiness tools and methodologies.
+ A proven track record of leading teams and managing project delivery for a large, multi-functional portfolio of work.
+ Deep expertise of transactional processes in the Retail environment.
+ Superb communication and presentation skills.
+ Unparalleled ability to achieve results in an ambiguous and uncharted environment.
+ Demonstrates a collaborative, flexible, and hands-on approach in their work, and establishes trust and credibility quickly among their partners.
+ The ability to drive discussions to explore concepts, identify focus areas, extract key information, and convert strategy to action for their team.
+ Demonstrates a deep technical awareness and the ability to convey this knowledge across audiences composed of both technical and non-technical partners.
+ Is a strong analytical problem solver who is data driven, yet able to make quick decisions when required and conclusive data may not be available to them.
- Building out a team to explore and document SAP usage across our Retail teams, and partnering with other Apple organizations to identify optimization and transformation opportunities that the team will drive. - Optimally stitch across teams in Retail ecosystem to provide a single holistic view and direction concerning SAP usage and transformation opportunities. - End-to-end implementation of technology and process improvements passionate about the interactions between Retail employees and SAP - Lead the coordination and forecasting of resources (both internal and external) required to support initiatives driven by this team. - Responsible for all project documentation including, but not limited to, scope definition, timeline creation and phasing, as-is and to-be process mapping, business requirement documentation, project status reporting, risk mitigation, change management and training, and post-implementation audits, review, and monitoring of defined Key Performance Indicators and other performance metrics. - Drive other business process reengineering initiatives as required by current needs of the business.

Bachelors Degree Required MBA Preferred
