+ 2+ years Project/Program Management experience
+ Able to work independently or as a member of a cross functional team
+ Manage multiple projects and responsibilities of varying size
+ Ability to work non-standard hours including late nights, weekends and holidays
In this role you will… Manage AppleCare IT infrastructure projects within our Vendor Contact Center program Host IT project meetings via teleconference with internal and external teams Participate as a key partner in implementation projects representing the technology interests of AppleCare Test and Validate, ensuring on time delivery of network project requirements Liaise with Network, Education, Security, Operations and Vendor Strategy teams to meet project objectives Present regular and timely project update reports Gather and write business requirements documents Travel as necessary up to 10%
**Education & Experience**
BS/BA or equivalent experience. Certifications in Networking (Cisco, Juniper, BICSI, etc.), Project Management (PMP), Contact Center (COPC) are desired but not required.
