The Ammolite Ground program is seeking an Integration and Test engineer to support our mission management team in creating automated tests to support V&V of system requirement in a continuous integration/continuous deployment pipeline.

The successful applicant will be part of a team developing automated tests to ensure compliance requirements baseline. In addition, responsibilities may include coordinating and conducting system engineering activities (e.g. SRR, SDR, PDR, CDR, etc.) and other ground segment support activities. Tests are being developed using Behave, Zephyr, Jenkins, and Python.

General job description: Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

This requisition may be filled at a higher job grade based on the qualifications listed below.

This requisition may be filled as either a Principal or Sr. Principal Systems Engineer.

Basic Qualifications for a Principal Systems Engineer:

+ Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 5 years of relevant experience; 3 years with a Master's; 0 years with a PhD

+ Strong knowledge of/experience creating automated test to sell off and validate requirements.

+ Strong knowledge of/experience with CI/CD operations.

+ Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or higher (required to start).

Basic Qualifications for a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer:

+ Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 9 years of relevant experience; 7 years with a Master's; 4 years with a PhD

+ Strong knowledge of/experience creating automated test to sell off and validate requirements.

+ Strong knowledge of/experience with CI/CD operations.

+ Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or higher (required to start).

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with Behave, Zephyr, Jenkins, or other automated testing tools.

+ Experience with docker and Kubernetes

+ Proficiency in Python scripting.

+ Proficiency with Linux.

+ Experience using software version control such as Git (GitLab or BitBucket).

+ Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket.

+ Familiarity with Commercial Cloud Services (C2S) or Amazon Web Services (AWS).

+ Architecture Services and ActiveMQ

Salary Range: $96,900.00 - $145,300.00Salary Range 2: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
