People in the Corporate Function career track contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.

Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.

Role Description:

On projects, you’ll play a critical role in project design and implementation, leading efforts on our most ambitious work. This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is driving positive impact for the employees of Accenture by creating, designing and deploying experiences that enable employees to be at their best.

You will support the creation of change plans and development & deployment of total rewards assets to enable business critical processes and knowledge transfer within total rewards. Specifically focused on enablement for annual cycle and reward priorities.

You will execute change plans and create enablement assets that will be used to support total rewards experts, HR leadership and engage and inform our more than 500,000 people through annual performance and rewards cycle.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ A minimum of 5 years of change management experience

+ A minimum of 4 years in a corporate environment

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Ability to take large amounts of information and consolidate it into only what is needed and is clear and concise

+ Ability to take quickly understand complex processes and shape the experience

+ Partner with diverse teams to expedite change and create a One Accenture experience.

+ Ability to support the definition of change approaches, and the roll out of programs focused on process and technology

+ Understand what type of enablement is best in different situations / audiences

+ Create diverse enablement tactics to support audience groups

+ Talented storyteller- verbally or written

+ Visual eye to make enablement crisp and engaging

Professional Skills:

+ Ability to present and delivery training to large audiences at senior levels

+ Ability to work on a global team across varying time zones

+ Able to progress several initiatives simultaneously

+ Willingness to broaden own skillset into adjacent specializations while refining mastery of primary skillset.

+ Video editing skills

+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
