Our Sourcing and Procurement practice helps to define & solve client challenges, build & inform strategies that enable C-suite priorities, and propel transformational change through driving efficiencies, reducing costs, and enhancing supply chain resilience
Consulting Development Program - Souring and Procurement:
+ Synthesize complex and disparate data sources to identify and segment client spend and opportunities for savings
+ Execute savings opportunity diagnostics based on market and industry intel
+ Develop impactful and informative client deliverables that effectively communicate recommendations for actions client can take to reduce cost
+ Deliver savings through strategic sourcing initiatives, including spend analysis, benchmarking, RFPs, supplier negotiations, should-cost modeling, and other cost optimization methodologies
+ Coordinate internal team and external client and supplier written and verbal communications, including formal presentations
+ Build strong relationships with executive leadership amongst client and supplier partners
The work location for this role can include a mix of working remotely and working onsite with our clients and partners or in our offices and delivery centers to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor/Master’s degree in any major with an anticipated graduation date (at the time of application) no later than December 2025
Preferred Qualifications:
Consulting Development Program
+ Strong core consulting skillset, including use of data driven methodologies to drive strategic insights
+ Exceptional analytical skills to make sense of large/messy data sets; utilizes data visualization skills/charts/graphs to bring analyses to life
+ Ability to storyboard and develop presentations to communicate recommendations to executive-level clients
+ Exceptional project management skills, including effective organizational skills, ability to balance multiple workstreams and communicate priorities to team
+ Strong verbal & written communication skills and the ability to adapt to what you see & hear
+ Utilizes exceptional problem-solving skills techniques to identify the root causes of issues and create innovative and practical solutions
+ Highly adaptable & continuous learner; proactively identifies trends, rapidly acquires knowledge about new industries, categories, and market dynamics
+ Strong collaborator; partners with teammates to show support for their projects and lends knowledge
+ Possesses strong growth mindset and focuses on receiving and implementing feedback to consistently improve performance
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
