**About the Team:**

The Customer Success Group’s (CSG) Offer Management team is a product management organization that productizes and monetizes the CSG capabilities that will help customers realize business value from their Salesforce technology investment. This team is a “messenger of the market” to the rest of the CSG organization, identifying the best market segments and opportunities for success offers. We maintain a multi-year roadmap for our portfolio, develop research-backed business cases for offer development and positioning, and handle the entire portfolio from design to end of life. We adhere to a governance framework to effectively lead and coordinate cross-functional work. Once offers are launched, we measure offer performance and identify changes to improve the experience customers and Salesforce employees have with our offers.

**Job Description:**

The Salesforce Success Plan Sales team is seeking an outstanding seller to join our AMER team. The successful candidate will be supporting our AMER business to position and sell our Signature Success Plan to our largest Enterprise customers. The Signature bundle of Technical Account Manager, Mission Critical Support, and Proactive Monitoring are used to deliver Salesforce’s most proactive and personalized support experience.

The Signature Success Plan Advisor will be encouraged to scope opportunities and position the value proposition for Signature with internal and external customers. This individual will ensure our most meaningful customers invest in the appropriate support offering and resource mix. This is a sales role, and the primary measurement of success will be target attainment along with YoY growth in Signature revenue.

**Duties & Responsibilities:**

+ Achieve and exceed targets for Signature Success plans across bookings, attach, upgrades, and conversions.

+ Build relationships with relevant internal partners to review territories and identify strategies and opportunities to attach Signature Success plans.

+ Evangelize Signature Success internally and externally. Act as subject matter expert for Success Cloud products.

+ Collaborate effectively with other parts of the organization, including, but not limited to: License Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Sales Operations, Pricing Deal Desk, Legal, Product Management, and Delivery to address and resolve customer or sales issues.

+ Travel up to 20%

**Qualifications:**

+ 5-7+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Services (consulting sales, technical sales or support sales) required.

+ Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

+ CRM or Marketing automation application experience: Salesforce or ExactTarget product experience a plus

+ Demonstrated track record of self-starting, risk-taking, and ability to influence without authority

+ Excellent relationship-building skills with a proven track record to grow and nurture relationships

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills. English proficiency required

+ Outstanding presentation skills are required including the ability to adapt style based on the audience and present complex ideas.
