As the Global Center of Excellence Lead, you will improve efficiency and productivity of the global Business Development Representative organization, driving innovation and continual improvements. You'll provide cross-functional governance and leadership in the most critical areas to the business such as process adoption, identification of best practices and sales excellence.
You will also prioritize initiatives to attain the maximum performance while driving cross-functional alignment whilst driving best practices. You'll be the voice of the Business Development Representative organization within Google Cloud to drive a unified effort, collaborating cross-functionally and managing key stakeholders. You'll also be responsible for driving the definition and training of the organization on scalable tools, processes and procedures that become standardized across the organization.

+ Use industry knowledge to identify gaps and prioritize initiatives to drive the maximum impact.
+ Partner with key senior stakeholders to develop the Business Development Representative organization’s strategy, growth and business plan, becoming an integral part of the leadership team.
+ Collaborate with a variety of functions such as marketing on campaign design, execution and messaging as well as systems, program management and enablement teams.
+ Provide guidance for development of a Business Development Representative competency model and drive enablement initiatives to build the right skill set.
+ Lead the Center of Excellence team to enable better tooling and performance tracking for the Business Development Representative organization and use cross-functional knowledge to identify opportunities and build programs to expand Business Development Representative productivity.
