Account Development Program Manager, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 5 years of experience working in sales, marketing, business development or relevant program management experience.

+ 3 years of people management experience.

+ Experience in cloud technology, including solution selling.

Preferred qualifications:

+ Experience with Contractor Management or Vendor Management programs.

+ Experience working in organizations focused on SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.

+ Experience with sales coaching and influencing resources to deliver against plan goals.

+ Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, dashboards and reporting.

+ Advanced analytical, presentation skills.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

As an Account Development Program Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the pipeline growth of your respective regions through effective team management and programmatic campaigns. Your responsibility will include management, team performance management, alignment with regional corporate Sales team, hiring and capacity planning. You will use your analytical excellence, strategic insights and innovative thought processes to action on programs to close pipeline gaps for your respective regions.

+ Identify pipeline gap(s) within region, develop structured hypothesis and lead generation programs that will contribute to the region's long-term business growth generation.

+ Work with cross-functional teams to understand Google Cloud Go-to-Market strategy and provide Sales teams with key insights around outbound acquisition plans.

+ Ensure close alignment with regional Sales teams on key metrics, business reviews and other moments of impacts.

+ Establish cadence with stakeholders to track lead volume and performance, influence top-of-funnel demand, and drive common goals on leads, account acquisition, and conversion.

+ Drive consistent performance from resources through ongoing training, coaching, and performance management, thereby ensuring attainment of quality and quantity goals.
