Responsible for managing all development and contracting projects including process management, standardization and improvement, problem management, communication, customer service and relationship building. Responsible for engagement with HCA Physician Services Leadership (e.g. VPs, Market/Area Practice Managers & Practice Managers) and Shared Services Center Leadership (e.g. O's, Directors, Managers) to ensure people, process and technology utilization are appropriately aligned to support revenue cycle success.
EDUCATION: Four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in health services management, business administration or related field is generally preferred. Education and experience may be substituted for one another.
EXPERIENCE: Two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
