Positions available include:

Server, Patient: Gain experience with Patients and Nursing! 12 Hour Shifts, Rotating Weekends; Job Description: Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick-up, special requests and needs, and in-between meal food delivery.

Line Server: 12 Hour Shifts, Rotating Weekends; Responsible for the final plating of all food items served in patient service area in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures. May be directed by the kitchen supervisor, relief manager or team leader to ensure that quality service is provided at all times.

Food Service Utility: 10 hour shifts, Various Start times available, Rotating weekends; Maintains kitchen work areas, and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly. Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards. Removes trash and places it into designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up. Assist with loading or unloading of dish machine. Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed. Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.

Cashier/ Food Service Worker/ Grill Cook: 8 Hour shifts, Start times vary, Rotating weekends; Retail café associate, interact with guests of the hospital and hospital staff. Operates Point of Sale system, sets up service line, prepares coffee, and keeps the coffee and cashier stations clean. Performs cashier duties using the POS system. Perform general cleaning duties; removes trash and garbage to designated areas. Provides service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving. Sets up serving line, ensuring temperatures are taken, recorded and within acceptable ranges; notifies cooks if food temperatures are not within acceptable limits. Serves hot and cold items to guests. Performs other duties as assigned.

Cook: 8 Hour shifts, Start times vary, Rotating weekends; Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times. Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules. Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty. Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Performs other duties as assigned.
