**The role you’ll contribute:**

The Leadership Institute exists to identify, nurture and develop leaders for AdventHealth.

As a critical member of the Leadership Institute team, the Manager of Operations will be responsible for the ongoing planning and support activities across all programs. He or she will lead the program support team including the following areas:

+ Relationship management and program support

+ Analytics and eLearning strategy

+ Facility management

+ Processes and workflows

+ Learning resources and information management

**The value you’ll bring to the team:**

+ Manage relationships with the Program Directors who oversee the Executive Programs, Leadership Institute Residency, Leadership Institute Internship, Executive Coaching and Healthcare Leadership Programs.

+ Manage vendor and consultant partnerships in developing strategies to implement learning tools, solutions and learning resources for leaders and team members at AdventHealth (i.e. Advisory Board, Harvard, LinkedIn, etc.).

+ Collaborate with all levels of leadership within the organization to align key initiatives, develop content for leadership curricula and implement leadership development solutions which seek to enhance the professional growth of all team members at AdventHealth.

+ Lead a team of program coordinators, learning experience designers, and associate program managers as needed, that focus on project management, analytics, and facility management that deliver best-in-class leadership development experiences.

+ Develop methods and tools to measure strategy, program, and training initiative impact and effectiveness across the organization.

+ Create and maintain analytics strategy including dashboards and reporting for critical Leadership Institute initiatives, including Leadership Institute Steering Committee.

+ Lead efforts on integrating high-quality, innovative, and effective eLearning tools, materials and experiences that are integrated with the broader Leadership Institute initiatives.

+ Lead the maintenance of the Leadership Institute web strategy providing relevant and current content.

+ Manage the range of online and print learning assets that adheres to brand standards, allowing for an enhanced and consistent learning experience by working closely with Creative Services.

+ Oversee the aesthetics and operational functions of the Leadership Institute facility.

+ Create and maintain processes for reserving, supporting, and facilitating use by other departments.

+ Ensure efficient and effective delivery of support services for Leadership Institute events and for departments it serves, including event management, operations, maintenance, and inventory management.

+ Create and execute strategies for program implementation and lead continuous process improvement efforts that continue to define and align the Leadership Institute learning experience.

+ Lead efforts in creating workflows and standardization through process, communication, tools and resources across all programs and offerings.

+ Oversee the recordkeeping of learning resources such as cases, leadership lessons and other archiving needs to sustain knowledge at the Leadership Institute.

+ Manage the inventory of leadership development resources from various platforms (i.e., AAPL, Coalition for Physician Well-Being, LinkedIn Learning, Harvard Business Publishing, etc.).

+ Manage program coordinators. Also manage learning experience designers and associate program managers as needed.

Qualifications

**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:**

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** **:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development, Leadership, or related field.

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, leadership development or related field.

+ Managerial experience in related field.

+ Demonstrated experience in developing leadership development strategies and learning approaches for a variety of leadership audiences.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:**

+ Master's degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development, Leadership, or related field.

+ Experience in healthcare.

**LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:**

+ Certificate in at least one recognized assessment tool (i.e. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DiSC Behavioral Assessment, etc.); OR

+ Certified in two or more leadership development programs, or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) through the Association for Talent Development (ATD)

+ Project Management Professional PMP
