**Position: Customer Service Representative**

**Location: 4200 Osuna Road, Albuquerque, NM, 87109, US**

**Terms: Full-time**

**Pay: $17/hr**

**Job Summary**

As part of Team Alorica, you'll help our clients by addressing their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues.

+ Hours of operation are 6AM-9PM MST 7 days per week (Deposits)

+ Hours of operation are 24/7 (Cards)s.


+ Display passion, integrity, commitment and drive to deliver a positive, differentiated service that improves our customers’ financial lives

+ Fully understand how life events can impact a customer’s financial situation and be prepared to actively advise solutions and analyze/resolve complex customer problems through creative solutions

+ Communicate effectively and confidently with customers to make their financial lives better

+ Engage with customers – begin a conversation, anticipate possible questions, actively share information, build rapport, and handle objections

+ Learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms


+ High school diploma or GED

+ Have 1+ years of customer service experience, including experience handling potentially difficult customer situations

+ Strong computer navigational skills

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Exceptional listening/comprehension skills

+ Professional and courteous

+ Customer oriented

**Work Environment**

+ Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, call-center environment

+ Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems
