Job Description

The responsibity of the PM Lobby Attendant is to service and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas including public an associate restrooms, lobbies and executive offices in accordance with Omni Standards.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure that the hotel lobbies are serviced throughout the evening
  • To service all the men's and ladies' public and associate restrooms and locker rooms
  • Respond to all guests requests efficiently and in an appropriate manner
  • Service executive offices
  • Ensures that the hotel pool house and fitness center are serviced throughout the day
  • Assist with steaming and pressing of guest laundry
  • Service lobby and lower lobby pre-function space
  • Keep lobby balconies neat and clean at all times
  • Ensure main guest entrance and Onion Creek Grille entrance are neat and clean at all times
  • Ensure all floral arrangements and plants are neat with no debris in the planters
  • Ensure all ash urns throughout property are neat and clean at all times
  • Ensure water fountain is maintained neat and clean at all times
  • Service guest and associate elevators
  • Complete any special projects that might be assigned
  • Report any maintenance issues or any concerns
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management


Qualifications

  • Able to maintain a 4-diamond level of service
  • Able to work with Management on special projects
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with guests, associates and management
  • Must be able to stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift
  • Hotel housekeeping experience preferred
  • Walk, stand, climb, bend, reach over-head, squat and kneel for long periods at a time, as the position requires constant motion
  • Workig conditions may include exterior of hotel with possible exposure to differentiating weather patterns, and potential exposure to hazardous cleaning chemicals
  • May be required to work 7-10 days consecutively as defined by the needs of the hotel
  • Must live within 50 miles of the hotel
