Job Description

To provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Director and the Human Resources team. To support the Human Resources function by providing a warm greeting and inviting environment for all associates in the Associate Services Center. The candidate in this role has the opportunity to earn more than $40,000/year.


  • Be the first point of contact for all associate inquiries in the ASC office
  • Assist with the completion of reference checks on those applicants whom the hotel has identified as potential employees
  • Assist with processing of new hire paperwork
  • Process paperwork for PTO, Vac, Sick, etc...
  • Correct information from weekly reports
  • Handle Birthday/Anniversary functions
  • Ensure all P.I.F.'s have the appropriate signature for processing
  • Enter all associate data into Ultipro
  • Maintain orderliness of office supplies and equipment, order items as needed
  • File and maintain files
  • Answer all phones and phone inquiries with professionalism
  • Type memos and other correspondence
  • Participate in the Hotel Orientation Program
  • Collect, sort and distribute office mail
  • Aid in the process of setting up associate functions
  • Must be flexible with schedule to include some weekends to attend associate events
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management


  • Relevant hospitality and/or customer service/administrative experience
  • Detailed oriented with great attention to detail
  • College Degree; Preferably in hospitality or human resources management
  • Highly motivated self starter focused on quality, organization, guest service and teamwork
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer proficiency; specifically with Microsoft Office and Windows. Ultipro experience or other HRIS systems knowledge is preferred
  • The ability to work in a fast paced high pressure work environment while executing delegated tasks and assignments
  • Complete all tasks efficiently
  • Highly motivated self starter focused on quality, organization, guest service and teamwork
