Join our fast-paced and dynamic group who oversees the carefully curated retail experiences found across the Omni Hotels brand. The Retail Operations Project Manager will support the Director of Retail and buying team in various capacities. This individual should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and thrive in an ever-changing environment. This position will provide assistance in tracking purchase orders, executing retail standards and implementing retail programs in new and renovated hotels, including system rollouts.


  • Work directly with the Director of Retail and buyers in coordinating retail installs for new and renovated hotels and resorts
    • Communicate with pre-selected inventory management systems provider
    • Coordinate install date and manage delivery of equipment
    • Enter orders for new outlets, both inventory and merchandising supplies
    • Track and communicate with vendors to ensure timely arrival
    • Communicate with property to secure shipments once they arrive
    • Train property's associates on SOPs and systems
    • Assist team with day-to-day operations
    • Provide product knowledge to on-site associates
    • Document merchandise layout in order to maintainoverall plan
    • Work with property accounting team for timely payments
  • Act as liaison between properties and OSC retail buying team
  • Work with Director of Retail and buyers to create best practices thru SOP creation, implementation and maintenance
  • Work directly with properties to ensure SOPs
  • Develop and propose incentives for retail teams in the field
  • Plan and provide analysis on property promotional events
  • Communicate visual directives and standards to resorts
  • Manage Retail Management systems, Yellowdog and Winretail
  • Monitor daily sales for each retail outlet with comparison to budget
  • Work with IT Team to ensure all tools required by retail team are in place and operational
  • Create bi-weekly communication program to resorts outlining new deliveries, division updates, product information, etc.
  • Track and expedite purchase order deliveries
  • Supply properties with vendor invoices
  • Work with property teams to expedite receiving of merchandise and ticketing with the goal of moving inventory onto retail floor as fast and efficiently as possible
  • Serve as the liaison between stores and vendors to ensure timely payment


  • M inimum of two years in retail operations with a passion for retail
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Be customer focused
  • Have effective written and verbal communications skills
  • Travel required
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
