This pivotal role will be responsible for supporting the Omni Service Center Human Resources functions (Benefits & Compensation) by performing key analysis for health & welfare and compensation programs ensuring Omni Hotels & Resorts offers competitive total rewards to attract and retain talent. The Omni Service Center (OSC) serves as the corporate headquarters for Omni Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hotel company regarded as an "employer of choice" in the hospitality industry driven by its exceptional, family-oriented culture, commitment to career development and delivery of award-winning, authentic experiences.

Responsibilities

• Health & Welfare
o Responsible for the program (data) management of all health & welfare programs
o Review and resolve benefits tickets
o Coordinate corporate wellness initiatives - flu shots, mammograms, blood drives, etc.
o Monitor QLE and the calculation of arrears
o Update all 401(k) weekly election changes
o Reconcile weekly 401(k) and Deferred Comp funding
o Assist in the Annual Enrollment and Special Enrollment period
o Collaborate with Benefits Accountant to reconcile/resolve billing variance
o Any other special projects that may be assigned

• Compensation
o Review and analyze existing compensation packages and programs
o Research job data, job responsibilities and job descriptions to create compensation analysis and recommendations
o Conduct corporate wage surveys and make recommendations for salary program changes based on wage surveys
o Discover and recommend corrections to current pay process inefficiencies
o Work with ASC teams to understand business needs, identify compensation concerns and offer solutions to correct concerns
o Analyze compensation data to make recommendations and decisions based on the information collected and reviewed
o Maintain confidential data responsibilities - Public HR files
o Assist with annual incentive calculations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-5 years of benefits administration/compensation analyst experience preferred
• UltiPro experience preferred
• Experience with HR data and systems
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skill (macros, v-lookup, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
• Ability to interpret data and make necessary decisions to address issues and identify trends
• Ability to multi-task
• High attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
