Role Summary : Directs program-related aspects of the Service Line which supports accomplishment of Mission Health System strategic plan. Provides leadership in service line program innovation and establishing a regional system of care. Markets and brands comprehensive program offerings to consumers in key demographics. Collaborates in coordination of services within service line, across service lines and with regional partners. Engages patients and families in their own healthcare as well as regional partners in the health care of defined population(s). Supports service line leadership in program operational oversight. Serves as a visible leader through interaction with key providers and caregivers, as well as community and regional leaders for promoting services to targeted population(s).

What you should expect:

Position will have leadership responsibility at multiple onsite and offsite locations.

Position will be responsible, at the Director level, for clinical operations of a large ambulatory cardiology practice, cardiac/pulmonary rehab, programmatic oversight for Structural Heart and Heart Failure/VAD, and an inpatient Heart Failure/Medical Cardiology Unit.

The right individual will collaborate with multiple stakeholders ranging from physicians/surgeons to front line staff for providing exceptional patient care.

Seeking Nursing Director candidate (at least three to five years) with leadership experience in Ambulatory, Clinic Settings, Programmatic Development, Heart Failure, and Mechanical Support. Nursing or other related field. You will be a Masters prepared Nurse with a passion for providing the best patient outcomes. That you will adhere to the Merit values of Mission and have previous experience working with physicians and healthcare administrators.
