Our client a growing business in Swannanoa is looking for a skilled problem solver to join their team as a customer service representative. If you are enthusiastic, a problem solver and love customer interaction this is the perfect position for you.
- Strong customer service background
- Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstration of excellent interpersonal communication and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment
- Basic multiline phone skills
- Manufacturing experience or the understanding of manufacturing practices is a plus
- Accurate customer order entry
- Answering phones
- Answer e-mails in a timely manner
- Basic understanding of company policies regarding pricing, return authorizations, and warranty claims.
- Able to learn and understand company product line to give technical assistance as needed-Training will be provided
- Maintains appropriate files according to sound service and business practice
- Willing to accept new challenges as assigned
- Strong work ethic
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm $12-$16/hr with full benefits once hired. Must pass a background check.
