The Project Access Coordinator serves as the primary contact for all activities related to Project Access. The person in this position will be responsible to foster positive relations with patients, physicians, dentists, optometrists, hospital administration, pharmacists and other community partners. The Coordinator carries out Project Access daily activities and assists the Foundation Executive director in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Project Access operations. Required Education:
Documented education and/or training in computer literacy, and/or successful prior related work experience with demonstrated computer skills, including word-processing, data base management, and spreadsheet required. Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Health Education or other healthcare profession, or successful prior related work experience relevant to the specified job duties and demonstrated ability to work successfully with underserved populations preferred. Preferred Experience:
Operations or managerial experience with a healthcare organization
