Job Summary: The Manager - Access Control Services coordinates and oversees all aspects of access control services provided by Mission Health. The Manager Access Control Services develops and leads a high performing team which provides access control services for all Mission Health facilities. The Manager Access Control Services oversees the implementation, administration and maintenance of mechanical and electronic access control standards and systems for Mission Health.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Security, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

Preferred Education: None

Required License: Must have a valid NC driver's license, must have at least two years of satisfactory driving experience and be at least 25 years of age to meet the Mission Health established insurance guidelines. Must be a licensed locksmith in North Carolina, or have the ability to obtain a license from the North Carolina Locksmith Licensing Board within 60 days of hire.

Preferred License: None

Required Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible and related work experience. Advanced knowledge and understanding of state-of-the art access control systems and equipment. Demonstrated customer service/customer relations and problem solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency with access control hardware and software.

Preferred Experience: Previous leadership/supervisory experience.
