We invite you to start your career with Mission Health as a member of the team as a Guest Services Associate I!

This position is part-time benefitted for 28 hours per week located at the Lewis Rathbun Center in Asheville, NC. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 3:30pm to 7:30pm; Saturday and Sunday, 3pm to 10pm

The ideal candidate will have data entry, computer skills, effective communication and customer service skills.

Role Summary: Uses effective communication and critical thinking skills to serve guests by answering and directing inquiries in person or by phone.

Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Education: Associates degree or above

Required Experience: One year of experience working in customer relations or other public contact field. Experience with accessing information through automated systems.
