Job Description

The HR / Associate Services Coordinator is responsible for all clerical tasks within the Human Resources Department, and is expected to assist in ensuring all of the Department's daily operations run smoothly. The Coordinator is expected to be "the face" of the HR Department, responding to phone calls, and in-office associates and guests appropriately. This role is responsible for the overall organization and cleanliness of the file room, and is expected to help ensure compliance of company policies, procedures, and deadlines related to data entry and processing.

In addition to answering Department phone calls and emails, and replying appropriately and promptly, the HR Coordinator is responsible to assist with all aspects of the application, interview, and onboarding process of prospective and newly-hired associates.

This is a temporary position, with approximate dates of employment, November - January 2019.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to have a pleasant disposition Ability to retain and effectively communicate new pieces of information
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through
  • Extreme proficiency in all functions of Microsoft Office Suite, notably Outlook and Excel
  • 1+ year of previous experience working in an administrative or office setting
  • Previous HR experience (strongly preferred)
  • Previous hospitality or guest service experience (preferred)
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish (preferred)
