Directing departments associated with services rendered by Deerfield as discussed in the Resident Services Agreement. Oversight of special projects and situations as unusual needs and circumstances occur.
Plan, organize, lead and direct the departments that deliver services to Residents at Deerfield that include, but are not limited to, Dining, Resident Life, Housekeeping and Contract Services including the Deerfield Beauty Shops, Riverwalk Spa and exercise instructors.
Coordinate successful department operations to accomplish the following goals:
Perform tasks and oversee necessary work to accomplish annual and bi-annual Satisfaction Surveys that include, but are not limited to, Skilled Nursing Resident Satisfaction Survey, Assisted Living Resident Satisfaction Survey, Independent Living Resident Satisfaction Survey, Employee Satisfaction Survey. Tasks include
Execute special administrative projects and tasks that occur on a non-regular and unexpected basis. The Director of Resident Services acts as a special administrative tool to facilitate the responsibilities of Deerfield’s Administration as needs arise.
