The primary purpose of this position is to inventory, issue and distribute all supplies and related hospital materials that are stored in the Materials Warehouse. This position is responsible for meeting the customers' needs to ensure excellent patient outcomes and customer satisfaction in the most safe and efficient manner. Responsibility includes managing inventory levels in storerooms and supply levels in all assigned areas based on their replenishment cycle. This position is accountable for high sense of ownership and for insuring a high degree of accuracy in all transactions performed. Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED Preferred Education:
Associate Degree or some post High School Education Required License:
If hired into a driving role, must have a valid NC driver's license or procure one within 30 days of employment unless an out-of-state commuter, at least two years of satisfactory driving experience and be at least 21 years of age to meet the Mission Health established insurance guidelines. Required Experience:
Working knowledge of personal computers Preferred Experience:
Three to five years materials handling, supply, distribution experience
