Sales Cycle Support Areas of Focus and Responsibility:
  • Provide consultative, value-added sales experience intended to educate B2C & B2B prospects/ customers to strongly influence the decision to purchase IncStores Products and Services. This is accomplished by effectively managing IncStores Lead Funnel and Access Channel strategy (Inbound Leads -Calls/Emails/Web Form Submissions, etc.).
  • Utilize sales force automation platform/order entry system (Five9, RFI,GFI, FT & ADMIN) and sales aids to provide accurate information to customers, including interpreting quotes and promotions, credit policies and specific ordering trends
  • Respond positively to and expeditiously process all incoming telephone inquiries and orders, including advanced and escalated issues
  • Demonstrate Sales Process (GCPSW) model
  • Utilize (APLHIX) model to complete sales process
  • Ensure continuous personal development and knowledge expansion through retention of Audible program

Customer Success Areas of Focus and Responsibility:
  • Provide daily support for customer inquiries, gathering information to investigate, provide information regarding system processing options, functions, and techniques with a helpful and positive attitude.
  • First Call Resolution on all non-RMA customer service inquiries
  • Accurately and thoroughly record customer cases inquiries, updates to and resolution of RMAs. Ensure timely resolution of RMAs.
  • Ensure continuous personal development and knowledge expansion through retention of Audible program
  • Utilize (APLHIX) model to complete success process

Supportive Functions:
  • Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to account management, writing documentation, updating and maintaining our knowledge database, participation in meetings and Quality Assurance.
  • Adhere to SOP's and departmental training guidelines; may participate in developing responses to standard inquiries
  • Follow established service quality standards and meet established telephone order processing time standards (talk time, after call work, order accuracy etc)
  • Provide expertise and guidance to other Customer Service Representatives
  • May be required to act in a “lead” role
  • May serve on various committees.
  • Communicate effectively with Contact Center personnel with regard to leads, quotes and new or existing opportunities (Follow up lead and quotes)
  • Assigned to returning all overnight general inbox Emails.
  • Serves as an advocate and sets the example in “living” IncStores core values & culture
  • Participate in assigned Decision Maker process
