Job Description

Banquet Captain assists the banquet manager in execution of & preparations for of all catering & banquet events. On & off site venues.

Responsibilities

Scheduling
Staff training, development & mentoring
Complianace
customer service
billing
department reports
associate & guest engagement

Qualifications

2 years prior experience as a restaurant supervisor & / or banquet captain
BA in related course of study
Current food handlers & TIPS certifications
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
Ability to multi task in an everchanging event environment
Strong technical aptitude, excel, micro soft office, Delphi , BEO fulfillment
Able to stand for entire shift
Able to lift 50 lbs.
