Estimating Clerk

Responsibilities for the Estimating Clerk include but are not limited to:
  • Providing certificates of insurance to customers
  • Timely printing of bid sheet for area manager
  • Typing Prelims for contract jobs
  • Assigning job numbers
  • Setting up job folders and doing associated filing
  • Forwarding bonds to brokers
  • Filing business licenses
  • Managing DMV Pull Program
  • Preparing bid history for area offices
  • Reviewing and printing DMV reports for new hires

Qualifications for the Estimating Clerk include:
  • Previous office clerk experience
  • Must be computer literate
  • Good typing skills
  • At least be an intermediate user of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have a professional attitude

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a 1 hour lunch.
