Express Employment Professionals of Long Beach is currently recruiting for entry level Administrative Assistant with Receptionist duties for one of our growing clients in Carson.
This is a great position for the right individual looking for a full time career with a great local company. Our client is looking for a self-starter to handle general office administration and support the accounting/finance department. Full training provided for the right individual. Work Schedule and Pay:
- Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
- Pay $16-$17/Hr. Based on Experience
Ability, Skills, and Experience:
- Professional interaction with all clients in person, on phone, via email, etc.
- Answering phones, greeting guest
- Billing (Invoicing)
- Entry level Accounting - training provided
- Help improve the efficiency of the office
- Organization, Attentiveness, Reliability
Solid Time Management and Organization skills
- Initiative, and Strong Interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of accounting/finance principles & procedures is a plus
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Proficiency in MS Office and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Training provided for the right individual.
