Job Description

Salary: $40,000/year to $50,000/year

An automotive dealership is looking for an experienced office manager to provide leadership and accounting support to a medium sized office staff.

The selected candidate will have at least 5 years office management experience and strong accounting experience with a high volume of cash flow.

You will be a working manager and make sure transactions move quickly. You will also assist with operation accounting, helping with accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger work.

In addition to the accounting responsibilities you will manage a team of 16. The duties include but are not limited to: training, coaching, and giving performance feedback.

Must have strong MS Office skills.

Full time and salaried position. Occasional work on the weekend and extra hours during month end.
