Salary: Up to $20/hr


Industry leading restoration company is currently hiring for a person with solid administrative experience to service as Project Coordinator to support a team of Project Managers. Seeking candidates that are business minded and motivated to support a team.

Project Coordinator &/or administrative experience in the construction or flooring industry highly preferred!

Pay: Up to $20/hr

Listed below are the main responsibilities for the Project Coordinator:
  • Maintaining the schedule for Project Managers
  • Submit job scopes to clients in a timely manner
  • Assist with working with clients on getting job scopes approved in a timely manner
  • Daily communication with Project Managers on job status
  • Order and receive materials as needed
  • Assist Project Managers with scheduling and coordinating sub-contactor work
  • Update invoices are paid and any budget related changes
  • Assist with answering any rollover calls as needed

Seeking the following skills for the Project Coordinator / Admin:
  • Flooring / Showroom &/or Construction experience highly preferred
  • Business minded personality
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Sense of urgency in completing projects
  • Ability to work with little supervision
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
