Customer Service Representative - Call Center

A local company is searching for a Customer Service Representative who will have core responsibilities will be handling customer calls, inventory, purchasing, A/P and A/R and other duties that arise. Our fun and high-energy work environment allows the CSR to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we document calls and submit orders creating an informed CSR team. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 30+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential. This innovative company is moving fast and often promotes from within. Some seasonal overtime hours are offered. Our CSR's are vital to our success.

What we look for:
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Very detailed and patient will be key
  • Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
  • Six months or more experience in retail or customer service setting
  • Type 30+ words per minute
