Tremendous opportunity for flexible, professional Personal Assistant with at least two years' previous experience supporting a high profile individual. Position offers an exciting and rewarding chance to support a busy executive in a “right hand” capacity. Success in the role will be dependent on your ability to meet the daily and weekly needs of this executive and their family. What the role requires:
  • A servant mindset - understand you are employed to be of service, you must inherently be the type of individual who loves to exceed others' expectations.
  • A reliable vehicle, current insurance and a clean driving record.
  • Availability 6 days a week - 8:30am to 6pm (doesn't mean you will be required to work, but you should be comfortable being “on call”.
  • Be as comfortable in the kitchen and with kids, as you are at a high profile event, coordinating people and details.
  • Possess minimally 2+ years prior experience supporting a busy executive or high profile individual.
  • Be OCD about organization, and love to “over-organize”.
  • Not be previously committed on holidays.
  • A professional presentation and disposition
  • Live in the Thousand Oaks/Westlake/Agoura Hills area or within 5 miles.
