Oversight of daily office, handle office emails, crew scheduling, customer invoicing, handle POs, handle payables and permit submittals, handle rebates and repairs, office manager must be able to maintain 50+projects in different phases of construction. Must be proficient at downloading smartphone job pics, text daily coordination with crews and clients.

3+5yrs of residential office construction, ADVANCED excel and word, exp. with outlook, digital plans and digital filing/pictures. Exp. with residential construction contracts, sales tax, scheduling, invoicing, purchasing, must understand mechanical liens
