Salary: $13hr
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.
Starting Pay: $13hr

Must have 2-3 years of call center experience to include:

Mandatory headset/sitting the majority of your shift

Taking high volume calls and ability to maintain low abandonment rate
-
Ability to execute a customer service strategy (ie. Product vs service)

Receiving in-bound calls in a measured ASA (Average Speed of Answer)
-
Able to address, handle and diffuse difficult call types
-
Must be able to handle complex request w/ patience and professionalism
-
Prior Call Center experience(in a fast paced call center environment)

Must be detailed oriented and maintain a positive attitude

Must be willing to train at our Glendale location as well
-
Exercise and adapt “First Call Resolution” for every call.

Must be Bi-Lingual English/Spanish

Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Must have 2-3 years customer service experience

Must be able to resolve customer concerns in a quality oriented way to produce a positive outcome

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, 40WPM
