Job Description

Salary: $13hr

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.

Starting Pay: $13hr

  • Must have 2-3 years of call center experience to include:

    • Mandatory headset/sitting the majority of your shift

    • Taking high volume calls and ability to maintain low abandonment rate

    • Ability to execute a customer service strategy (ie. Product vs service)

    • Receiving in-bound calls in a measured ASA (Average Speed of Answer)

    • Able to address, handle and diffuse difficult call types

  • Must be able to handle complex request w/ patience and professionalism

  • Prior Call Center experience(in a fast paced call center environment)

  • Must be detailed oriented and maintain a positive attitude

  • Must be willing to train at our Glendale location as well

  • Exercise and adapt “First Call Resolution” for every call.

  • Must be Bi-Lingual English/Spanish

  • Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma

  • Must have 2-3 years customer service experience

  • Must be able to resolve customer concerns in a quality oriented way to produce a positive outcome

  • Must be able to handle complex request w/patience and professionalism

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Positive and professional demeanor

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, 40WPM
