Job Description

To support the Human Resources function by providing a warm greeting and environment for all associates in the Associate Services Center.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally and warmly meet and greet all guests to ASC
  • Provide administrative support to HRD, AHRD, HRM and Recruitment Manager as needed
  • Complete all Ultipro data entry of PIFs
  • Maintain the following logs in the computer:
    • OSC
    • Disciplinary actions
    • Kronos New Hire
  • Maintain the following Binders: (Must be in alpha order)
    • EEO/Veteran/Disability
    • I-9
    • Right to Know
    • Lockers
  • Verify all PTO requests and submit to the Paymaster for payment
  • Issue Meal Cards to associates
  • Issue Bus Passes to associates
  • Manage Paycard - ADP process
  • Produce name tags and maintain supply
  • Develop associate communications network within the hotel, via monthly newsletter, monthly calendar, department communication boards, posters and flyers
  • Maintain ASC Bulletin Boards
  • Maintain OSC cards
  • Maintain PowerPoint slides in Associate areas
  • Ensure all forms are stocked in distribution areas
  • Maintain all associate personnel files
  • Ensure office supplies are available and order as needed; keep within budgetary guidelines
  • Other duties as requested by the Human Resources Managers
  • Participates in planning and execution of associate events planned by the Human Resources Department
  • Champions Omni Six Pillars Culture on property, and enthusiastically promotes opportunities within the hotel and company


Qualifications

  • Must be flexible with schedule to include some weekends
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Products
  • Bachelor's degree desired
  • Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coach, counsel, advise, mentor, and motivate associates and managers at all levels
  • Prior hotel Human Resources experience preferred
