Job Description

The Ideal Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Ideal Service team ensuring that the guest has the highest guest satisfaction over the telephone.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring training is complete on a monthly basis and following up on Moments of Service.
  • Ensuring payroll accuracy and scheduling of the department.
  • Participating in the interview process of hiring on new associates.
  • Coaching and Counseling of associates.


Qualifications

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Must have excellent computer and communication skills.
