Accounts Payable/Receivable, Human Resources & Sales Reporting. Invoicing, Collections, Record & Pay Invoices, Record Monthly Income & Commission statements, Process payroll, Maintain Contracts
  • Skills & Experience

Knowledge of General Ledger, Debits & Credits, Accounting & Math Skills. 2 years minimum - similar experience. Quick Books Enterprise, MS Word, Outlook & Excel
  • Qualities & Background

Punctual, Dependable, Good with Prioritizing. Able to maintain master calendar for entire office. Previous background as Office Mgr, Accounting Clerk, Credit AP/AR
