Job Description

    • Responsible for the maintenance and repair of every aspect of the interior and exterior building/property infrastructure.
    • Assist in the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing and air systems, A/C systems, lighting, etc.
    • Coordinate the daily and weekly work effort as directed by the Facilities Manager.
    • Assist with researching and obtaining quotes for services and other facility needed.
    • General maintenance such as painting, electrical, plumbing and air systems, A/C systems, lighting, carpentry and other repairs as needed.
    • Assist Quality Assurance in ESD adherence throughout production to include testing and waxing floors as required.
    • Maintain ESD smock inventory
    • Assist with building and work space relocations.
    • Coordinate the daily and weekly work effort as directed by the Facilities Manager.
    • Oversee the other employees in the Facilities Dept. and assist and direct them as necessary.
    • May require some research with various projects as they arise to determine the costs and work effort associated with those projects.
    • Communicate with outside vendors.
    • Ensure that the work environment is safe for all employees and that the workers in the Facilities Dept. itself conduct their efforts in a safe manner as outlined by company policy and OSHA regulations.
    • Carry out his daily routine with little or no supervision.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Benefits

    Pay $15/hr

    7:00 am - 3:30pm M-F
