We are seeking a dynamic customer service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any issues that customers may face for our client, a reputable and steadily-growing operation in Asheville. You will also try to up-sale clients on products as you take calls. If you are looking to join a culture that is passionate about their staff as well as their customers, this job could be for you!

Job duties included but are not limited to:
  • Work with customers in person and over the phone
  • Composition of correspondence, preparation of mass mailings using MS Word and Outlook mail merge functions
  • You will learn the products and try to upsell to clients
  • Keeping up with daily, weekly and monthly logs
  • Telephone follow-up and special reports as required.
  • Update existing customer information

Requirements:
  • Candidates must have strong customer service skills
  • Candidates need a desire to learn new products (there are multiple products to know)
  • Have excellent interposal skills and friendly, helpful demeanor
  • Have phone sales skills, and be a great first impression maker.
  • 6 months-1year pervious customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Typing speed minimum of 40-50 WPM


Work schedule: 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday

Starting pay: $15-$6/hr. Full time opportunity with a career path with benefits
