The Engineering Program Coordinator shall be responsible for supporting all FacilitiGroup Engineering programs with heavy focus on supporting ClikPhix. This position shall provide level three-customer support when the local help desks and CSS are unable to assist. The coordinators will analyze the available data in ClikPhix to provide the FacilitiGroup VP and AVP with actionable items to improve areas including but not limited to capital reinvestment programs, preventive maintenance programs and staffing models. The coordinators will be responsible for creating program/product enhancement criteria including charters, budgets, schedules and KPI’s.


Engineering Program Support: Provide support to all FacilitiGroup Engineering Programs including: Facility Infrastructure Capital Reinvestment, Maintenance, Repair and Operations Contracting (including elevators), Emergency Support and Regulatory Compliance

Product Support: Provide level three customer support for ClikPhix, manage iPad inventory and Apple Care

Data Analytics: Analyze all ClikPhix data for unusual patterns which could be indications of: energy inefficiency, lack of maintenance, excessive maintenance contracts etc.

Vendor Performance Tracking: Work with all facilities Plant Operation Directors to track vendor performance and maintain a vendor evaluation database

Program Enhancements: Identify program / product enhancements. Create criteria for development of enhancements including charters, budgets, miles stones KPI’s, time lines and resources needed

Bachelor's Degree Required


  • Must have excellent Microsoft Office program skills
  • Must be detail oriented and self-motivated
  • Must have excellent organizational skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • A general understanding of the operation of Healthcare Facility Management would be beneficial
  • Will need to be able to simultaneously work on numerous projects
