Job Description

Service delivery in Bar outlets, preparing beverages, processing orders & cashiering functions. Ensuring guest experience is consistently above expectations while increasing restaurant & bar visibility in the market

Responsibilities

Prepare & serve beverages & food offerings in accordance with company standard while adhering to Department of Health regulations.
Provide exceptional guest experience.
Promote the services of the hotel. Upsell on menu items.
Maintain all safety, servsafe & food handlers requirements & / or standards
Be first line of defence in preventing & / or serving intoxicated clients. Practice all TIPs training tecniques, age requirement restictions, proofing, while protecting guests & hotel.
Set up & break down of work station.
Prepare requisitions.
Process, open & close out all checks & / or charges in accordance with policy.
Assist in restaurant & / or Banquets as needed.
Maintain updated TIPS certifications

Qualifications

Must have 2 years or more solid bartending experience in similar fine dining setting.
Must have bartender / Mixology certifications / related course of study as part of a degree.
Must have current TIPS & Foodhandlers certifications.
Must be outgoing & engaging, able to relate to all guests.
Must have micros experience.
Must practice safety in allinteractions & tasks.
Must have open availability to work any nights, weekends & holidays.
Must be able to stand for entire shift.
