Salary: $36000 - $42000 annual DOE

Pay/Benefits: $36,000 - $42,000 annual salary to start; employees are eligible for 401k, holiday/vacation pay, medical insurance, and employee purchase plan

Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Position Location: Englewood, CO

Schedule: 8:00a - 5:30p, Monday - Friday with additional hours as necessary (40+ hours per week)

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a qualified, full time Office Manager/Coordinator to work for a local computer hardware manufacturer. The qualified employee will report directly to the Controller, and will be responsible for managing processes throughout the office, warehouse and manufacturing departments. This fast paced, ever-changing environment requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, multi-task ensure adequate support in all areas of the business operation.

Duties/Highlights:

  • Supporting the Controller and Accounting functions - AR/AP, processing and filing invoices and payments, cash management, account reconciliation, credit reviews
  • Support of Customer Service Department - will call transactions, customer RMA's and customer service requests, processing vendor RMA's and return
  • Overall Office Management/Coordination - preparing front office for business each day, planning office functions, gatherings, and open house events, ordering office supplies and other necessary equipment
  • Working with the entire company and all departments to ensure adequate support throughout - this person will be trained throughout all areas of the company.

What we look for:
  • A proven, successful track record in an Office Management, Accounting/Bookkeeping and Customer Service role/environment
    • 2 years' experience as an Office Manager
    • 2 years' experience with AR/AP and Bookkeeping responsibilities
    • 2 years' experience in Customer Service
    • One year of experience in RMA processing
  • Familiarity and knowledge of computer hardware components
  • Team player attitude with a proactive work ethic and problem solving attitude - willing to identify problems and take action without being asked
  • Positive, energetic attitude
  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as accounting software (MAS 90 or similar)
