Job Description

Salary: $12-$15



The Receptionist answers and routes incoming calls, managing each telephone call to a satisfactory conclusion. She manages incoming appointments for employees, and ensures that all guests to Dealership are being assisted. The receptionist is the dealership's front-line contact with the public and must represent the dealership in a professional, friendly manner at all times.


  • Intercepts and routes incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner while striving to minimize the time a customer is left on hold.
  • Either connects caller with client advisor or offer caller client or service advisor v card via sending through text message.
  • Will provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
  • Serve as showroom greeter. This includes directing the dealership's guests to the appropriate department and employee, depending on need.
  • Monitor showroom floor to and make sure every customer walking in has been helped.
  • Log each floor up/ Phone up into proper systems such a momentum & the up log (keeping a accurate count)
  • Notify appropriate department heads when outside help is needed to fix the phone system, bathroom plumbing, lights, etc.


Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information, with a good command of the English Language. Must speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of warmth, professionalism and competence to caller. Must be able to judge when employees should and should not be interrupted. Professional personal appearance. Ability to schedule work in an effective manner and be detail oriented.
