Job Description


Salary: 12.10

Summary

Assembles Key Duplication and/or Code System subassemblies and finished machines according to established specifications.

Essential Functions
  1. Uses written and verbal instructions to determine required assemblies.
  2. Calibrates tooling fixtures to correct specification and performs basic troubleshooting. Uses digital calipers, digital drop gauges and basic hand tools. Reports inconsistencies and operating problems to supervisor.
  3. Assembles parts and subassemblies to engineering specifications and manufacturing instructions. Ensures connections for correct fitting, electrical and mechanical.
  4. Inspects or tests assembled components to ensure they meet manufacturing and quality standards.
  5. Accurately records materials used. Monitors inventory levels and notifies Lead of material requirements.
  6. Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Education:

High School diploma or GED equivalent is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.



Qualifications
  1. Six months' assembly experience preferred.
  2. Good mechanical skills; good shop math skills.
  3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to use a variety of hand tools.

Schedule
  • Hours to start are 12pm-10:30pm, may change to 2 nd shift 4:30pm-3am after first of the year
