  • Managing customer accounts
  • Coordination with multiple IT companies for assistance and issues
  • Assisting in special projects assigned by the manager
  • Assisting customers and producers by providing account history, balances and status
  • Managing the daily print job for policies and billing statements
  • Creating PDF forms
  • Data entry and other clerical duties as assigned
