Receptionist / Office Administrator

We are seeking a Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our creative design company! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities for the Receptionist/Office Administrator position:
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Prepare office in the mornings
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Run small errands as needed
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications for the Receptionist/Office Administrator position:
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Stable work history
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ?Strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience working in a creative industry is a plus!
