Job Description

Manage the marketing and administrative responsibilities related to Travel Industry & Business Travel Partner Agreements to ensure Omni Hotels is maximizing both the revenue generating production and cost-effectiveness as it relates to these opportunities or agreements. Perform data analysis from SQL and Agency360 reports. Administrative responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing budgets, forecasts and expenses related to Global Travel Industry & Business Travel Sales. Some travel may be required.


  • Analyze production data of the travel management companies and consortia companies to properly guide sales and marketing efforts.
  • Data analysis of monthly production by account/global director for the Travel Industry & Business Travel Sales team and development of strategic plans to increase opportunities based on data analysis.
  • Facilitate all marketing opportunities with key partners, including ad placement, both online and in print, and the creation of some marketing pieces as determined by Corporate Marketing.
  • Maintain best-in-class response time to all agencies and consortia marketing administrative requests.
  • Manage some aspects of TMC/consortia meetings where Omni Hotels is either a sponsor or participant. This includes managing the RFP and use of sponsorship funds for these meetings.
  • Maintain integrity of TMC/consortia agency production data by submitting updates as needed to Corporate Reporting team.
  • Manage and facilitate Partnership Pay for Performance Incentives.
  • Manage Consortia Marketing funds and expenses.
  • Manage team budget, forecast, and expenses
  • Manage and maintain online training course for travel advisors
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for sales team, including customer facing and internal presentations.
  • Additional responsibilities/projects as determined by Corporate Director, Travel Industry & Business Travel Sales.


  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong work ethic, highly self-motivated, and possess a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong MS Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with an attention to detail.
  • Strong data analytical skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments with little supervision and lead projects.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Possess a positive "Can Do" attitude.
  • College degree or equivalent required.
