Our client, a growing national company with a presence in Western North Carolina is seeking a customer service representative to work in their inbound call center for a. Much like a dispatcher, duties will include taking calls from a variety of clients and getting the information to the appropriate party and/or answering questions from a script. The person selected for this position must be able to communicate effectively and have the ability to appropriately take and document information from the calls received.

The selected candidate will have previous customer service experience and strong communication and computer skills.

Temp to permanent

Typing and basic computer skills required, involves teamwork and some independent work, self-motivation, analytical skills and critical thinking; must be dependable, punctual, honest and trustworthy.

Call center, customer service experience or bi-lingual a plus.

Comfortable, professional, business office setting, taking customer service calls, help desk, data entry

Starting pay is $12.00, with opportunity for advancement if hired permanent

Monday - Friday 40 hours a week between the hours of 8am-6pm
