Administrative Assistant

Outstanding Opportunity! Alpharetta Company that owns and manages operations for major restaurant franchise locations is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant. Seeking to hire somebody looking for a career and not just a job who possesses solid administrative skills and strong work ethics.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Compensation: Up to $14.00/HR and +Vacation and holiday pay, and benefits!

Paid Weekly!

Essential functions and responsibilities for Administrative Assistant:

  • Handle multi-line phone system & answering inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner

  • Welcome all visitors with a warm greeting

  • Assist with special projects for the owner

  • Open and distribute mail

  • Create reports for Accounting department

  • Cut checks and distribute to workers

  • Fax, file and general office duties

Seeking the following skills & qualifications for Administrative Assistant:

  • Excellent computer skills specifically in Word, Excel & data entry

  • Detail-oriented

  • Previous experience in an Administrative role

  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal

  • Trustworthy
